1.1. SkinLoan provides a platform for obtaining short-term loans in USDT secured by digital in-game items (primarily Steam skins and similar assets).

1.2. All transactions are processed in USDT only.

1.3. The Platform acts as an intermediary, temporarily holding collateral during the loan period.

1.4. The Platform is not a licensed financial institution, does not provide investment services, and does not guarantee the value of any digital asset.

2.1. Users register with a valid email address and confirm it through an email verification process.

2.2. Users are responsible for securing their own account credentials.

2.3. No identity verification (KYC/AML) is conducted. Use is anonymous and at your own risk.

3.1. Users may submit a loan request by providing:

• A valid link to the digital item (collateral)
• Desired loan amount (in USDT)
• Preferred loan term (defined individually per agreement)
• Contact details (e.g., Discord or Telegram)

3.2. Once approved, the user must transfer the collateral item to the Platform.

3.3. Upon confirmation, the agreed loan amount in USDT is disbursed to the user’s wallet.

3.4. Repayment must be made by the agreed date. Failure to do so will result in:

• Permanent transfer of ownership of the item to the Platform
• The right of the Platform to sell or dispose of the item

3.5. If the market price of the collateral (based on Steam median data) decreases by 30% or more during the loan term, the Platform reserves the right to liquidate the collateral early to mitigate risk.

4.1. Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Provide stolen, counterfeit, or hacked digital items
• Interfere with or attempt to exploit Platform systems or vulnerabilities

5.1. The Platform reserves the right to:

• Deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user at its discretion
• Reject or cancel loan applications without explanation
• Modify platform features or functionality without prior notice
• Update these Terms at any time with notice provided on the website

6.1. The Platform makes no guarantees regarding the future value, liquidity, or performance of any digital asset used as collateral.

6.2. No part of the Platform constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice.

6.3. All decisions are made at the user’s own risk.

7.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7.2. We are not liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of digital items or USDT
• Collateral devaluation
• Platform downtime, delays, or system failures

7.3. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount disbursed to you in your most recent loan.

8.1. Users may cease using the Platform at any time.

8.2. The Platform may suspend or terminate any account immediately for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

9.1. These Terms are governed by general international standards for digital services and are not tied to a specific legal jurisdiction.

9.2. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to confidential online arbitration under simplified procedural rules.

10.1. The Platform may update these Terms at any time.

10.2. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
